As Seen On…
Julie Ryan of the blog Counting My Spoons became a fulltime RV’er in 2019. We’ve emailed back and forth about what it is like to be fulltime RV’ers with chronic illnesses and she asked me to write a blog post about how I know when it was time to get a mobility device. I love my mobility scooter, but a lifetime of experience with prejudices about mobility devices put some obstacles in my path. Find out more here.
As full time RV’ers themselves, Jessica and Robert know that RV’ers don’t need any more stuff. The Airstream that Ran Away with the Spoon is recommended as an ebook on their list RVer Gift Guide for Minimalists!!
YouTuber’s Sue and Bob of Lucky Dawg Productions reviewed The Airstream that Ran Away with the Spoon in June 2019. Later I had a chance to visit their in-home study for an interview in October 2019. Sue and Bob are parttime mobility scooter users as well as RV’ers. I got my scooter after the time period covered in the book, and we had a chance to talk about traveling with scooters and other topics.
This Indulgent Life, a blog and
YouTube channel about parenting, education and creating an
extraordinary life is launched a
podcast on April 22, 2019.
My book is featured in the
giveaway packages celebrating the podcast launch.
